In your role as Digital Optimisation Analyst, you will be at the forefront of analysing and interpreting digital data through various tools, identify gaps and optimisation opportunities within the business, and executing improvements. You will support the Digital Performance team across various product streams to identify better ways of working (tools, processes, etc) that will benefit not only the team but the business and its customers.

You will have a natural ability to analyse and problem solve. You will assist in delivering programs to drive quality digital leads, conversion rate optimsation and retention - to achieve our strategic digital goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide data, trends analysis, consumer and market insights to support optimising performance and conversion rates across digital assets
  • Drive effective use of digital and website optimisation tools – including research, design reviews and conducting A/B testings
  • Manage SEO performance across GRS websites and recommend SEO lead activities and improvements
  • Measuring and tracking the online customer journey and recommending improvements to increase overall engagement rate
  • Deliver and manage monthly GRS digital dashboards reporting
  • Create Adobe Analytics workspaces to deliver campaigns reporting across the business
  • Sharing insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders to assist in formulating data driven decisions
  • Conduct competitor analysis, benchmark capabilities and evaluate new market trends and online user behaviour to identify new optimisation opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to uplift value from existing solutions
  • Assist in process improvements

You will bring:

  • 3 – 5 years of digital marketing experience working in an agile environment
  • Expert proficiency with web analytics tools, e.g. Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Proficiency with Tag Management tools, e.g Adobe Launch or GTM
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices in developing website and mobile front-end development advantageous but not essential
  • Strong SEO skills and experience is essential
  • Solid knowledge in utilising AB/multi variate tools – we can upskill you in these tools if need be
  • Confident in using Content Management Systems (CMS) and building landing pages. An understanding of HTML and CSS would be advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge of digital marketing automation platforms is beneficial
  • High level of attention to detail including demonstrated analytical and reporting skills.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
