Learning and development

Employees have access to a broad range of learning and development programs delivered by our own learning and development team. MMSG’s learning and development team help provide you with the knowledge and skills to enable you to perform your role successfully and grow your career.

Performance planning and development

The MMSG Performance Planning & Development System (PPDS) has been designed to align employee contribution to organisational strategy, goals and behaviours. You have the opportunity to meet with your manager to discuss
individual progress against agreed individual and team performance expectations, targets and to explore your development opportunities.

Individual performance is also assessed against Values and Team and Leadership behaviours.
