To apply for a position with the McMillan Shakespeare Group you must complete an online application. Please ensure your application answers are accurate and honest and that you have attached an up-to-date resume along with a cover letter. A cover letter is preferred but not mandatory.
The brand links above will direct you to the subsidiaries of the McMillan Shakespeare Group and provide further information on career opportunities.
We currently use Onetest, a third party applicant tracking system to manage our candidates and the application process. All system support for this system is provided by Onetest. If you are having technical issues completing your online application please contact Onetest directly.
Your resume and online application will be screened to assess your suitability for the role. If you meet the requirements of the position you will be contacted for a telephone interview, usually within 5-10 working days.
Be prepared for the telephone interview:
Research the company.
Make sure you have a good understanding of the role and are able to differentiate the role from other roles that you have applied for.
If the time or location is not convenient, ask for an alternative time and we will arrange a call back.
Note: Some roles do not require a telephone interview. If the role you have applied for does not require a telephone interview, you will be contacted via phone or email to discuss the process going forward.
During our recruitment process, we may invite you to participate in a variety of psychometric or skills based assessments. These assessments will enable you to showcase your skills and abilities, which you may not have had the opportunity to demonstrate through the rest of our process.
Verbal reference checks
If you make it through the interview stage successfully, we will request for your permission to contact your referees. As a minimum we require two recent and relevant referees.
All referees provided must be employment related and preferably one referee should be your most recent manager. We understand the difficulty in asking your current manager to act as a referee so we assure you we will not contact any of your refereeswithout your consent and unless we have a strong intention of proceeding further with your application.
